Description:We are now looking for a sub -consultant who can take on the role of expert in operational planning.

The future care information support (FVIS) is a digitization program that will introduce a care information support that provides the conditions to improve and renew the execution of the care and contribute to the region Västerbotten to offer available, safe and equal care of high quality.The future care information support consists partly of systems inserts and partly of business and process development in healthcare.The purpose of the program is to coordinate and keep together the efforts that will be required to use the system's benefits, develop and achieve the benefits and effects that cannot be achieved if they are run separately.

The assignment relates to expert support for operational planning within the framework of the FVIS program in Region Västerbotten.

Together with the operational coordinators, expert support will work on planning and follow -up of activities as well as the preparation of checklists linked to the commissioning of Cosmic.

Work can also occur in other ongoing projects and assignments within the region.

The consultant should:

• Express well in speech and writing in Swedish and English.
• Fulfill the level of competence 4.
• Have at least 8 years of overall experience in project management and delivery assistants in complex projects comprehensive systems.
• Have documented experience in project management, tools and methods (counter -projectile, PPS).
• Have documented experience in leading complex and extensive development work where agile methods, scrum, interviews, workshop, swot, gap analyzes have been included.
• Have experience in work in health care.
• Have at least 6 months of experience in leading work in connection with the introduction and operation of medical record system Cosmic

The consultant should:

• Have good knowledge of and documented experience in ensuring scope, schedules, resources, requirements management, test management, introduction planning, training planning, workshops and project meetings, management of steering groups and stakeholders.
• Have the ability to investigate and map
• Have good knowledge of and documented experience in the development of checklists and driving schedules in connection with the operation of Cosmic.
• Have experience of business development and change management
• Have experience in leading and planning work connection with the operation of Cosmic in any of the regions of Sussa collaboration
