Assignment description

The call refers to a (1) experienced consultant.

The consultant's assignment involves operating, supporting and providing technical support within the framework of system development on the city's central platforms and other digital initiatives.A modernized approach, the use of Azure Devop's and evaluation of technical platforms.

Times for (part) deliveries are made in agreement with the client.Reconciliation and anchoring are an important part of the assignment.Continuous reconciliation of the assignment is done with the head of department and is determined by agreement.

Further details about the assignment are produced at the start -up meeting.Start-up meeting is planned to be held April 7, 2025 via Zoom meeting.

The consultant shall perform the following in the assignment:
-Modernization of working methods within the framework of the management of the e-service platform with associated developer framework.
-Support the city's cloud initiative in Azure Devops, Projects, Name Standards etc.
-Drive and support the city's cloud initiative in Azure regarding set of projects, name standards etc. for development on Stockholm's central platforms.
-The responses for the set of a city joint component library set up in Reactis, Typescript, Tailwind and Storybook as representation layers.The component library should be set up in Azure and exposed via NPM.
-Support the various stakeholders for a city common component library in new working methods and structures.
-Age technical advisor in digital investments at the city regarding potential new platforms.
-The technical adviser together with the city's architects regarding the choice of future techniques for front-end, back-end, platforms and potential cloud solutions.
-As support in the dialogue between the object owner for application platforms and the system owners of e-services at the customer.
-The technical advisor against Stockholm City's external suppliers of e-services.
-With the tasks may be added.

The consultant should be available for interview.

Ska requirements

-The competence level experienced (9-12 years).
-No more experience of similar assignments based on the assignment description.Is strengthened by attached reference assignments.
-Inflowing in Swedish in both speech and writing.

Should requirements

-The experience as a solution architect in municipal operations.
-The experience as a technical strategist in municipal operations.
-The experience of set, structure and working methods around common component library.
-The experience of work with e-services in municipal operations.
-The knowledge within Azure Devops.
-The experience of Stockholm City's technical environments.
-More than five years of experience in front-end development.

The consultant has experience of at least one equivalent assignment that is requested in this invitation.The reference assignment must have been carried out within three years from the last response day for this invitation, as well as to agreed terms.
