The customer has an Asset database (CMDB) containing the region's IT equipment.In order to streamline the maintenance of this database, a number of integration flows between the database and other data sources must be developed.The region has the Pentaho Data integration tool in operation for the existing integration flows, this tool will be used in the development of future flows.The region's asset database comes from the manufacturer Efecte and has a residual API to be used.
The supplier shall, in a safe (follow industry standard in terms of safe programming), developrobust integration flows.The supplier should also be able to greatly contribute strategic knowledge in the organization ofInformation I CMDB.Initially, the following flows are to be developed:• Import of known units from the region's system for vulnerability handling (API exists)• Import of installed applications from the region's vulnerability handling system (API exists)• Import of devices from the Security Security Access system (API is available)• Import of units from the region's system for DNS/DHCP
In the long term, other flows will also be built.Reporting shall be made as follows: least weekly reconciliationThe documentation must be done in the region's system Confluence.Time book per flow must be held in Confluence.
We estimate that the assignment can be performed on 60% of a full -time service, an individual, when we initiate the flows.FlowsIf "back-to-back" is handled, so we give the resource an assignment that he works with, at the same time we prepare the next assignment so that when the resource is completed with his first assignment, the resource can immediately start next.
