Test Manager/Requirements Analyst Level 4

Mission statement:

Swedish Customs is in need of a consultant who will act as a test manager and requirements analyst in the area of security and security. In the delivery area, we work closely with the business's product specialists, and within the IT team, which will include the consultant, we have requirements and testing resources together with system developers and solution architects. New development and further development of the product takes place in the delivery area, which also includes incident management and technical updates. The consultant will need to be security classified (level 3) within the framework of the assignment and the assignment cannot begin before security classification is completed.

Level 4

Knowledge – high generalist competence, or very high competence in the field

Experience – has participated in large and complex assignments in the area in question and carried out assignments of very high quality. The level is normally reached after 8 years as a consultant in the field in question at the earliest.

Management – takes the main responsibility for the management of a larger group

Independence – very big

Must-requirements –

1. Meet the criteria for Level 4
2. At least 2 years of experience in the practical application of the SBE method
3. At least 2 years of experience in requirements capture within government agency
4. At least 4 years of experience in agile development methods
5. Very good Swedish in speech and writing

NB! All must-requirements that apply to the consultants' skills and experience must be substantiated in the CV.

Should requirements -

1. Experience of entries against the Customs Code, appendices and articles
2. Experience of requirements capture for the development of in-house developed IT systems
3. Experience in driving the introduction of automated tests
4. Experience of the role of workshop leader
5. Experience with Atlassian's products ex. Jira and Confluence

Start date: The agreement starts on 2025-04-01 or from the date both parties have signed the agreement.

End date: 2026-03-31

Option: Possibility of 2 extensions of 12 months. An extension of the delivery agreement takes place automatically unless Swedish Customs notifies in writing no later than one (1) month before the end of each agreement period that it does not wish to extend the agreement.

Termination: Both parties have the right to terminate the Delivery Agreement with one (1) month's notice, the termination shall be in writing.

Location: 100% remotely (from the consultant's home or from the consulting firm's premises) or if the consultant wishes on site (fully or partially) at the Swedish Customs' premises in Luleå. However, the first week we want the consultant to be able to be on site at Swedish Customs' premises in Luleå and for the consultant to be able to travel to Luleå on 2 occasions per six months of 3 days, at no extra cost to Swedish Customs. Should more need for attendance is desired, this is agreed in agreement with the consultant
