For our customer Jönköping Energi we are looking for twoStrategic purchasers/contractors.

Work description:
Our customer is looking for two experienced and strategic buyers/contractors with broad knowledge in public procurement and purchasing.Has documented experience in managing and conducting procurement of goods, services and contracts in accordance with current legislation.

Competences and experiences:

• Procurement processes & legislation -Solid knowledge of LUF and LOU and strategic business law in procurement.

• Project management & process development -Used to independently plan, operate and carry out procurement from needs analysis to contract signing.

• Business & Sustainability -Ability to make business and sustainable purchases with a focus on long -term value -creating.

• Contract negotiation & contract follow -up -Experience in creating and managing agreements and ensuring compliance and optimization.

• Advice and education -Strong communicative ability with experience in educating and supporting organizations in procurement and purchasing.

• Digital tools & systems -Experience of e-Avrop or other procurement tools.

Personal qualities:

• Structured and analytical- Ability to handle several parallel procurements and find solutions for complex issues.

• Strategic & business -oriented- Looks the whole and adapts purchasing strategies to create long -term value.

• Cooperation -oriented & communicative- Enjoyed an advisory role and is easy to create relationships internally and externally.

• Self -sufficient and driven- Takes responsibility for processes and ensures that they are carried out in an efficient and commercial way.

With a combination of business acumen, legal expertise and a solution -oriented attitude, the procurement consultants contribute to developing and streamlining purchasing processes in an organization.

Final Date:2025-12-31.
Option:Option to extend the agreement is up to 36 months with the number of months at a time specified by the client.Option used in this Agreement is always made on the current terms.
Extent: 100%.
Location:Hybrid.Mostly distance with special occasions, you are expected to be close to the office in Jönköping.
Fee:Compensation is paid with Timarvode.
Other:During an interview, work tests will be in demand.This test consists of a procurement document for a completed procurement with a negotiated procedure (application invitation and procurement document) for which the consultant himself has been established and responsible.

Jönköping Energi places high demands on consultant's safety and confidentiality awareness.Security testing and the signing of security protection supervision in accordance with the Security Protection Act (2018: 585) may be implemented before the assignment agreement can be asserted.
