The customer needs a requirements analyst and test leader for procurement and implementation of a booking system for their camping operations.

The role of requirements analysts involves responsibility to collect, process and analyze the different needs, translate them into a concrete list of requirements.The role of test leader involves responsibility to ensure that the requirements can be verified during the delivery check.This is by developing detailed test plans, based on the functional requirements, independently lead and carry out the tests together with the designated internal group with the goal of being able to recommend the project to deliver an introduction.

The main processes: the booking process, customer communication and support, the process that supports internal communication, statistics and reporting and possibly any supplementary process, must be broken down into appropriate sub -processes and required by the requirements analyst.

The purpose of the assignment is to create requirements specification for functional requirements and any other system requirements for procurement of a booking system for campsite, support for questions during the tender period and evaluation of the tenders to fulfill the fulfillment of requirements specification and any other system requirements.This also includes supporting the municipality's internal requirements analysts when developing technical requirements and information security requirements.

The requirements analyst shall be responsible for producing the basis to send to suppliers for RFI (supplier dialogue).The requirements analyst must participate in the planning and follow -up of the requirements work and also carry out the operational work on compiling and building the necessary documentation.
