Tasks

Development and implementation of marketing strategies to increase the visibility of our honest reports.
Management and motivation of a small team of independent reviewers to ensure that all product and service ratings are authentic and transparent.
Analysis of market trends and customer feedback to identify innovative methods to improve our offer and range.
Care for strong relationships with partners and platforms such as Digistore24 and Copecart to expand our network and our credibility.
Responsibility for the growth and further development of the agency through strategic planning and effective use of resources, including the integration of advanced AI technologies.
The management, coordination and further development of the agency
The extraction, support and further development of customers
The planning, implementation and control of marketing measures
Personnel management and development
Reporting and forecasting
The independent implementation of the jointly specified goals

You are integrated into our marketing network with your agency, use the existing back office and work with the latest systems.You will receive leads from us for further processing and create your reports in the CRM.

qualification

Experience in marketing or sales, ideally in a leadership position
Strong leadership qualities with the ability to lead and motivate a small team
Experiences in dealing with AI-based tools and strategies to optimize business processes
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with customers and partners
Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment
Realable sales success or the firm will to realize their dreams.
At least 3 years of experience in a comparable position in sales/customer service.
Pronounced communication and negotiation skills.
German in word and writing
Strong analytical skills and problem -solving skills.
Low start -up capital (no monthly obligations)
Leadership and the ability to motivate and lead a team.
Flowing knowledge of German and good knowledge of English.
