Overview:
We are looking for an experiencedSAP FICO Consultantto provide2nd and 3rd line supportfor SAP S/4HANA systems. The role involves troubleshooting technical issues, configuring SAP FI/CO modules, and working closely with IT teams and clients to ensure system stability and efficiency.
Responsibilities:

• Analyze and resolve complex technical issues inSAP S/4HANA(Public Cloud experience is a plus).
• Provide2nd and 3rd Line Supportfor SAP FICO modules and customer-specific solutions.
• Conductdetailed problem analysisto diagnose issues and implement effective solutions.
• Collaborate with1st-Level Supportand IT teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Foster strong relationships with clients by handling support topics effectively.
• Analyze and report on ticket trends to identify potential system improvements.
• Lead and execute minor projects andsystem changesbased on customer needs.
• Maintain detaileddocumentationof support issues, solutions, and system changes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degreein IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong experience inSAP FI (Financial Accounting) and CO (Controlling)modules (SD module knowledge is a plus).
• Good understanding ofSAP S/4HANA Cloud 2SL, includingCentral Business Configuration, IAS, and SAP Cloud ALM.
• Knowledge ofthird-party system integrationwith SAP FI.
• Stronganalytical and problem-solvingskills.
• Experience working withticket management systemsfor tracking support issues.
• Familiarity withITIL processesand managed service models.
• Goodproject management skillsfor small-scale system changes.
• ExcellentEnglish communication skills(German is a plus).
• SAP certifications in relevant modules are aplus.
