Mission site:Distance (about 10% in place in Sundsvall for activities that require it)

Description:We are now looking for a sub -consultant who can take on the role of assignment manager.

Main tasks:

• Assignment management with a focus on the introduction of an e-archive.
• Lead the archive team and other relevant resources/areas in the transfer towards a more digitized archiving of information.
• Continuously report and inform about progress at work and provide the customer with support on e-archives issues.

Other tasks:

• Assignment management in the areas of control, measurement and follow -up of the customer's operations.
• Support the introduction of the customer's measurement system, among other things, linked to the archive area, that is, work out relevant measurement numbers.
• Continuously report and inform about progress in the work and provide the authority with support on issues related to control, measurement and follow -up of the customer's operations.
• Collaborate with the others concerned by the customer's change in the areas of the assignment.

Note that CV should be written in Swedish.

The consultant should:

• Have good communication skills regarding the Swedish language, ie be able to express itself both in writing and orally.
• Have experience as an assignment manager or project manager
• Have experience of e-archive
• Have experience of continuously reporting and informing about progress

The consultant should

• Have certification in safe
• Have experience in the introduction of an e-archive
• Have experience of metrics as well as follow -up of these
• Have experience of jira and confluence
