Stationing site: The customer's assessment is that the assignment can mainly be delivered remotely but on some occasions in place with the customer for activities that require it.Such activities are planned as far as possible by agreement and the customer estimates the scope of these activities at about 10 % of full -time.

DESCRIPTION:

Assignment description
Main tasks
• Assignment management with a focus on the introduction of an e-archive.
• Lead the archive team and other relevant resources/areas in the transfer towards a more digitized archiving of information.
• Continuously report and inform about progress at work and provide the customer with support on e-archives issues.

Other tasks
• Assignment management in the areas of control, measurement and follow -up of the customer's operations.
• Support the introduction of the customer's measurement system, among other things, linked to the archive area, that is, work out relevant measurement numbers.

• Continuously report and inform about progress in the work and provide the authority with support on issues related to control, measurement and follow -up of the customer's operations.

• Collaborate with the others concerned by the customer's change in the areas of the assignment.
