On behalf of our client Hays are seeking a highly experienced Freelance IFS 10 Solution Architect.
The project is ideal for a seasoned professional with at least 10 years of hands-on experience in IFS implementations.
The requirement is for Inventory DtC (Demand to Consume) and Asset Management RtR (Reliability to Repair) processes, MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Operations) and other IFS tools of interest includes GUI Overlay Screens; Process Mining Tools- 2C8 and EOI.
As a consultant you will need to review client processes for reliability to repair including maintenance and inventory and associated CMMS and Inventory implementations in IFS.
Responsibilities:
Analyze business processes and ensure accurate translation into IFS 10 configuration. Conduct gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current system state ("as-is") and optimal IFS 10.19 usage practices. Evaluate the effectiveness of our Performance Management (KPIs) in capturing data for process performance measurement. Recommend strategies to bridge identified gaps, enhance system governance and control, and improve process monitoring and compliance. Transfer IFS 10 knowledge to the asset maintenance and inventory team.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an IFS 10 Solution Architect (preferably with prior experience at IFS). In-depth understanding of IFS 10 functionalities and best practices. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
