The SAMS Programme is aSecurity and Access Management Systemaimed at managing user identities, roles, and permissions across banking systems. Its primary functions include:

• Access Control:Managing employee access based on roles.
• Compliance Management:Ensuring regulatory standards are met.
• User Provisioning:Handling account setup and modifications.
• Segregation of Duties:Mitigating conflicts of interest.
• Audit and Reporting:Insightful analysis of user activities.

Main Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with HSBC development teams for technical delivery.
• Assess requests for development resources and funding allocation.
• Act as a central coordinator among various teams to ensure project alignment.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in project management, preferably in IT.
• Technical appreciation with a non-overly technical background.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to oversee multiple tasks simultaneously.
