Senior Backend Developer

We are looking for a senior backend developer for a role in the gaming industry

About the Role
In this position, you’ll leverage your expertise in backend development to design, implement, and optimize infrastructure for interactive platforms.

What you'll do:

• Develop and maintain backend systems for dashboards, marketplaces, and other interactive platforms.
• Work extensively with modern backend technologies, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and deliver new features while optimizing existing ones.
• Review code, uphold high standards for quality and security, and provide mentorship to team members.
• Stay updated on emerging trends in backend development and decentralized technologies, applying new insights to improve systems.

Skills:

• At least 5 years of professional experience in backend development, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Proficiency in backend concepts, including database management, API design, and scalability strategies.
• Experience in leading or mentoring developers, performing code reviews, and fostering best practices.
• Familiarity with decentralized technologies, smart contracts, or blockchain systems is a plus.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving, creativity, and a collaborative mindset.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools, frameworks, and paradigms.
