We are looking for an experienced Project Planner to support our client in the Pharma Industry. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and monitoring site project schedules for ITOT, ensuring efficient planning and execution.

Responsibilities

  1. Develop Project Schedules – Create, baseline, and maintain site project schedules using OPC and Primavera P6.
  2. Adherence to Standards – Ensure scheduling aligns with industry standards, company policies, and ITOT PMO best practices.
  3. Progress Monitoring – Track project progress, identify variances, and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
  4. Coordination – Work closely with project managers, team members, and vendors to align schedules, resolve clashes, and assess impact.
  5. Communication – Facilitate communication within project teams, ensuring clarity on tasks, deadlines, and dependencies.
  6. Continuous Improvement – Identify opportunities to enhance scheduling processes and contribute to the organization's project management evolution.

Job Description
I’m looking for a good designer as partner to work together on projects, that wants to expand his knowledge into the UX/UI and product area to collaborate on medium size projects. We will start with 20 hours per week and we might extend to full time after 2-3 months. First project is on financial instruments with blockchain as backend technology.
Requirements
On-site in United Arab Emirates
Have good communication skills and team working skill.
Know the principal of animation and you can create high quality prototypes.
