Expert consultant information security

We are looking for an Expert Consultant in Information Security to support ADDA Purchasing Center in their procurement processes and contract management.

About ADDA Purchasing Center

ADDA Purchasing Center handles national procurements of framework agreements and Dynamic Purchasing Systems. With several upcoming procurements in 2025, ADDA requires additional expertise in information security and incident management across multiple contract areas.

Assignment Overview

As an Information Security Expert, you will be part of ADDA’s procurement team, contributing your expertise to:

1. Setting security compliance requirements in procurement processes
2. Conducting tests and evaluations of vendors and contract areas
3. Investigating and following up on potential personal data breaches
4. Supporting contract management and supplier assessments

The assignment will focus on procurement areas such as:

1. Digital security services for group homes and regular housing
2. Medication dispensers with remote care systems

Required Qualifications

The ideal consultant must have:

1. Experience in setting compliance requirements for information security
2. Experience in investigating and handling personal data breaches
3. Strong expertise in contract management and procurement evaluation
4. A proven track record in high-level consulting assignments related to information security

Assignment Details

1. Start Date: 2025-03-03
2. Duration: Until 2025-12-31, with the option for a 6-month extension (3x6 months possible)
3. Location: Hybrid (Remote + On-site in Stockholm as needed)
4. Workload: 75% (March–June), then 50-100% (adjusted quarterly)
5. Estimated Hours: ~1000 hours in 2025
6. Language: Swedish
