The aim of the project is to integrate the HR system into payroll and develop payroll processes to meet the needs of the organization.The role of the consultant is to ensure the smoothness of the processes and to conduct a light market research and to prepare documents that support tendering.

Expert tasks:
  • Get to know previous system determinations together with different stakeholders (HR and IT)
  • Process definition in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Lightweight market research based on definitions and needs
  • Crafting the preparatory documents
  • To work on the documentary of RFX
We look forward to the consultant:
  • Strong experience with payroll processes and HR processes
  • Experience of HR and T&A systems
  • Experience of a variety of suppliers and market knowledge
Job Description
I’m looking for a good designer as partner to work together on projects, that wants to expand his knowledge into the UX/UI and product area to collaborate on medium size projects. We will start with 20 hours per week and we might extend to full time after 2-3 months. First project is on financial instruments with blockchain as backend technology.
Requirements
On-site in United Arab Emirates
Have good communication skills and team working skill.
Know the principal of animation and you can create high quality prototypes.
