To our customer Helsingborg City we are looking for oneIT operating consultant for digital degree planning

Background:
Adult education in Helsingborg has developed a web portal where students log in via e-identification to plan their studies and courses against a high school diploma at Komvux.The platform consists of a student part, an administrator section and an API connection to the student register at Tietoevry.

The City of Helsingborg is now looking for a consultant to manage and operate the platform and manage any malfunctions and further development if needed.

Assignment description:
Responsible for the operation and maintenance of the Digital Degree Planning platform.Manage reported malfunctions within 8 working hours.
If necessary, develop the platform according to the customer's wishes.

The technology stack of the platform:
Frontend: SvelteKit
Backend: Node.js / Express med TypeScript
Databas: MySQL
Drift: Azure
CMS: Statamic (PHP)
The work can be done on site in Helsingborg or Offsite.
Target group for the assignment:
Consultants with experience in operation and management of IT platforms and knowledge in the above technologies.

Expected results:
Ensure stable operation of the platform.Rapid handling of operational disruptions.If necessary, contribute to the further development of the system.

Requirement specification

Ska-requirements:

• Experience in operation and maintenance of IT platforms.
• Ability to manage reported malfunctions within 8 working hours.
• Experience of Svenkit or other modern JavaScript/Typescript-based Frontend development.
• Experience of node.js/express for backend development and API management.
• Experience of MYSQL databases, including optimization, security configuration and backup management.
• Experience of Azure environments, including server operation, devops processes and cloud-based services.
• Experience with Statamic (PHP) or similar CMS platforms for content management.

Should-requirement:

• Experience in further development of platforms.
• Knowledge in Typescript for Backend development and code structuring.
• Experience in monitoring and logging of operating services to quickly identify and fix problems.
• Knowledge of IT security and incident management in cloud environments.

Time of notice:1 month mutual notice period
Possibility of extension:Option to extend the agreement is available in 24 months.Option used in this Agreement is always made on the current terms.
