System developer java/angular distance long assignment

Roll:System developer (Java/Angular)

Length of assignment:2025-02-01 through 2026-03-31 (With possible extension to 2028-03-31).

Mission site:: Distance (on site in Luleå on 3 occasions per six months of 2-3 days,).

Extent:80 - 100% (depending on availability at consultant)

Description:We are now looking for a sub -consultant who can take on the role of system developer (Java/Angular).

The Customs Administration needs a system developer.

The consultant will work together with other resources in an agile delivery team responsible for the development and management of IT support within the development area permit, post-checks and payments.

The work will involve both front end and backend development.

The consultant will need to be security classified within the framework of the assignment and the assignment cannot be started before security rating is completed.

The consultant should:

• Fulfill the level of competence 4
• Have good ability to express themselves well in speech and writing both in Swedish and English
• At least 4 years experience with second generation Angular (version 2 with Type Script) including work with the latest versions (version 16-17)
• At least 3 years experience with Javaee
• At least 2 years of experience in system development within state authority
• At least 1 year experience in system development using the SBE method (specifically and not equivalent method)

The consultant should have:

• Experience with Jenkins
• Experience with jboss application server
• Experience of agile development methods
• Experience of Atlassian Products Jira, Confluence and Bitbucket
