Assignment description
The authority calls out an experienced system manager with well -developed Java competence (full stack).The consultant will be a developer in one of our agile development and management teams.

The Swedish Standard Platform is based on Open Source with Java and Angular 2+ webbrams.Database Manager is Mariadb.Ubuntu/Linux.

The consultant may, if deemed necessary, also be included in other assignments

Interview with a consultant is planned to take place under v. 11.

Ska requirements

• Competence level 4 (9-12 years).
• At least 10 years of programming experience.
• Very good experience as a Java developer (Java 21 or later).
• Very good knowledge and experience of relationship databases, specifically Maria DB and SQL.
• Very good knowledge and experience with HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
• Very good knowledge and experience with Typescript.
• Very good knowledge and experience with Gitlab.
• Very good knowledge and experience of Docker Swarm or similar.
• Very good knowledge and experience with Kafka.
• Very good experience in development in Angular (Angular17+ or later).
• Good knowledge and experience of one or some of the Java framework Quarkus / Micro Profile and Jakarta EE.
• Good knowledge and experience of micro -services architecture, communication between micro services.
• Good knowledge and experience of storage in Minio and Storagegrid S3.
• Good knowledge and experience with Hibernate JPA or similar techniques.
• Good knowledge and experience of performance improvement (Frontend, backend and database), performance testing, load testing.
• Good knowledge and experience of graphana and portains (or similar).
• Good experience with Devops and CI/CD good knowledge and experience in technically building or maintaining system integrations with REST OPEN API or similar techniques.
• Very good experience in IT and information security and to develop secure applications, secure communication between different micro services.
• Good knowledge and experience of work As regulated activities • Very good experience in work and working methods on authority.
• Very good ability to express oneself in Swedish in speech and writing.

Should requirements

• Very good experience of kubernetes.
• Good experience of integration with Nextflow or the corresponding microbiological analysis platforms.
• Experience in working with IT systems for integration with microbiological analyzes.

Reference assignments

The tenderer must attach a description of a (1) reference assignment that the offered consultant has performed.The reference assignment must be performed in the role of system developer Java.In order to be able to verify the information provided, contact information must be submitted to the client by the assignments.The references should be mentioned and in case of contact from the Public Health Authority.

• Description of completed reference assignments conducted by the offered consultant in the role of Fullstack Java in a rule -controlled business.
• The assignment must have covered at least 800 hours and must have been performed over the past three (3) years from the last response day.
• Time for reference assignments (yymm-Ååmm).
