Mission site:: Mostly distance (Luleå at least 1 day every 14 days, however, some weeks presence in the office may be required for several days).

Description:We are now looking for a sub -consultant who can take on the role of system developer (Java/Angular).

Within the framework of the Customs Administration's program for electronic customs, the project Export is operated.The project's mission is to establish a new IT support for Swedish exports under EU common legislation.The project works team -based according to Agil Methodology.

The Customs Administration needs a system developer.The consultant will work together with other resources in an agile delivery team responsible for the development and management of IT support within the delivery area Export.The team works with both the development and management of the Customs Administration's new export system.The new system support is written in Javaee in Backend and Angular in Frontend.

The consultant will need to be security classified within the framework of the assignment and the assignment cannot be started before security rating is completed.

The consultant should:

• Fulfill the level of competence 3
• Have good ability to express themselves well in speech and writing both in Swedish and English
• Have at least 5 years experience with javaee
• Have at least 4 years of experience in system development within state authority
• Have at least 2 years experience with second generation Angular (version 2 with Type Script) including work with the latest versions (version 16-17)
• Have at least 2 years experience in system development using the SBE method (specifically and not equivalent method)
• Have at least 2 years experience with Red Hat Openshift Container platform

The consultant should have:

• Experience with Jenkins
• Experience with jboss application server
• Experience of agile working methods
• Experience of Atlassian products such as Jira, Confluence and Bitbucket
• Experience of Git
