Web Developer Level 3

For our customer Region Örebro Link, we are looking for a Web Developer Level 3:

Background:

Region Örebro County has its external and internal website built on the episerver platform, the consultant will work with system development in the episerver area to build new and further develop websites. Other tasks in the field of system development may also be relevant.

Mission Statement:

The main task is to further develop internal and external websites for Region Örebro County. In the assignment, the consultant will work in teams, but the assignment also requires that the consultant can independently perform his or her tasks and also requires the ability to take initiative. The consultant will be part of the group that works with episerver and participate in both projects and management assignments. The consultant will receive his assignments from IT administration managers and administrative managers who are part of the grouping. The consultant will also participate in the analysis and design of episerver applications and then document according to the methodology used within Region Örebro County.

The consultant will work with Microsoft Visual Studio and Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio in the development work where Azure DevOps is used for source code management and as a management tool for the development process. To support him, the consultant will use the guidelines for techniques and methods that have been developed at the agency. The consultant is expected to have the skills to be able to develop secure software.

Some work during inconvenient working hours may be included in connection with planned production deployments or maintenance, as well as in the handling of incidents.

Competence Requirements:

The consultant must have:

1. The consultant must have at least 7 years of experience in system development on EPiServer 7 or later version.
2. The consultant should have at least 7 years of experience working with HTML, CSS and JavaScript
3. The consultant must have at least 7 years of experience in system development in C# and Microsoft .NET.
4. The consultant should have experience working with Team Foundation Server, continous integrations with tfs, and Visual Studio
5. The consultant must have at least 7 years of documented experience of working with Microsoft SQL Server
6. The consultant should (based on experience from previous assignments) have good skills in producing documentation, instructions and routine descriptions.
7. The consultant must have at least 5 years of experience in Elastic search
8. The consultant must have at least 4 years of experience with Episerver Find.
9. The consultant should have at least 5 years of experience with EntityFramework.
10. The consultant must be able to demonstrate certifications in Episerver and .Net Core.
11. Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

The consultant should have:

1. Added value is provided if the consultant has experience in analyzing software from a security perspective.
2. Added value is provided if the consultant has experience in upgrade projects
3. Added value is provided if the consultant has 2 years of experience working with web development in government agencies or other public activities.
4. Added value is provided if the consultant has experience in system development using constructor injection and "StructureMap".
5. Added value is provided if the consultant has 3 years of experience in web development with HTML 5 and CSS3.
6. Added value is provided if the consultant has 5 years of experience in web development with jQuery
7. Added value is provided if the consultant has 5 years of experience in web development with Bootstrap.
8. Added value is provided if the consultant has 5 years of experience in Responsive Web Development.

Start date: 2025-04-01

End date: 3/31/2026

Option to extend: 48 months in total. However, with a maximum of 12 months at a time.

Location: The work will be carried out on site in Örebro with the new Regionhuset Klostergatan 23 (opposite the travel centre).
