Assignment Background & Scope
To strengthen the service development team during a parental leave period, we are seeking a highly experienced consultant. The role involves strategic mapping, process improvement, quality assurance, and implementation of operational services. The consultant must possess deep expertise in managing service-related transformations and driving change within complex organizations.
Required Competencies (SKA-krav)
• Extensive expertise in operational and service management, with at least 25 years of experience.
• Proven track record of leading change initiatives for an equivalent period.
• Long-standing leadership experience, guiding teams and overseeing major service development projects.
Preferred Competencies (BÖR-krav)
• Strong knowledge of procurement frameworks, ideally with at least a decade of experience in public procurement processes.
• Familiarity with service agreements, with a background spanning two decades.
• Exceptional communication skills, facilitating collaboration across various stakeholders.
Consultant Profile
Expert Level (Competency Level 5):
• Knowledge: Recognized authority in the field.
• Experience: Has worked at an advanced level for several years.
• Leadership: Significant experience in senior roles.
• Independence: Operates with a high degree of autonomy.
