🔹 For our Client from we are looking forTechnical Writer🔹 Responsibilities: 1. Documentation of Knowledge Transfer Materials• Creating and structuring KT documentation: Develop guides, manuals, FAQs, and reference documents that capture SME knowledge (Both Domain and Technical knowledge) in a structured manner.• Standardizing templates: Implement clear and consistent documentation formats to ensure usability and readability. 2. Enhancing Onboarding and Training Materials• Developing training content: Create user-friendly guides, and domain documents to assist new team members in understanding key knowledge like local legislation, business rules, etc.• USe AI-driven onboarding tools: Use (BU administrator) AI-generated onboarding materials and chatbot (or other AI tools) that facilitate faster knowledge creation (transcription and consolidation). 3. Ensuring Knowledge Accessibility• Maintaining a centralized knowledge repository: Organize and store all KT materials in a structured digital repository (Construction Confluence) to ensure easy access and version control.• Updating and refining documentation: Regularly review and revise materials based on feedback and evolving transition needs. 4. Mitigating SME Dependency Risks• Reducing reliance on key individuals: By thoroughly documenting interviews, technical sessions, and Construction best practices, the Technical Writer support transition team to transfer critical knowledge from SMEs to the Indian team.• Improving KT efficiency: Support transitions by ensuring that incoming teams have clear, actionable, and well-structured documentation. 5. Supporting Workshops and Knowledge Sharing Sessions• Assisting in KT workshops: Help structure and document workshop discussions to ensure key insights and takeaways are effectively captured.• Creating visual aids: Develop diagrams, flowcharts, and infographics to illustrate complex workflows and technical architectures Summary:
