We are looking for the following roles for publication of public administration: Project Manager, IT Architect & Scrum Master.

Requirements for the role of the project manager:
  • Fluid skill in Finnish
  • One of the following project management certificates or similar certificate: PMP (Project Management Professional) or Prince2 or IPMA Level 2 or higher.
  • One of the following agile development certificates or similar certificate: Safe or Professional Scrum Master 2 or higher or PMI-ACP.
Requirements for Scrum Master's role:
  • Fluid skill in Finnish
  • One of the following certificates: Professional Scrum Master III (PSM III), or Safe Advanced Scrum Master, or PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP),
    TAI ICAgile Certified Professional in Agile Coaching, TAI Certified Team Coach (CTC)
Requirements for the role of IT architect:
  • Fluent Finnish
  • The expert has one of the certificates listed below or the corresponding certificate: Togaf, or Safe Architect certification
  • The expert has successfully implemented information system projects as an IT architect/application architect with: project over € 1M and implemented in the cloud environment and the project has been dealt with in the project
Job Description
I’m looking for a good designer as partner to work together on projects, that wants to expand his knowledge into the UX/UI and product area to collaborate on medium size projects. We will start with 20 hours per week and we might extend to full time after 2-3 months. First project is on financial instruments with blockchain as backend technology.
Requirements
On-site in United Arab Emirates
Have good communication skills and team working skill.
Know the principal of animation and you can create high quality prototypes.
