Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Online Developer, 1 month - Remote possible 6 months extension

**Please note that the first contract is for the PoC phase (1month), so based on the actual start date, end date will be adjusted. Thereafter if the PoC is successful, the role can be extended in six-month increments.

The consultant will join Customer IT, a team dedicated to developing and operating specialized IT solutions in close collaboration with business colleagues. Customer IT operates in Sweden, Germany, the Netherlands, and Poland, with four teams located in Sweden.

Role & Responsibilities
The consultant will provide expertise in Marketing (Customer Insights) for the Sales team, supporting the implementation of a new project. Upon a successful Proof of Concept (PoC), the contract will be extended for project execution.

This includes:
•    Designing and implementing solutions in Dynamics 365 and Azure to meet business needs.
•    Assisting in planning, designing, and customizing Dynamics solutions, specifically using the Customer Insights module.
•    Working on continuous improvements of delivered services.
•    Collaborating with the business to align technical solutions with functional needs.

Skills:
This role requires a technical expert who can design, build, and enhance Dynamics 365 solutions while ensuring alignment with business needs.

• At least 7 years of overall experience, with 3-5 years in Dynamics 365 development & support.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (Online).
• Experience in creating custom APIs & plugins in Dynamics.
• Familiarity with Power Platform CLI and the Power Platform ecosystem.
• Hands-on experience working with Azure.
• Functional experience to effectively collaborate with business stakeholders.
• Fluent in English (Swedish is a plus).
• Self-motivated, proactive, and analytical.
