Project manager New rental model for consulting assignments

We are looking for an experienced project manager to lead the implementation of a new, sustainable and cost -effective rental model in municipal operations.The purpose of the model is to optimize the use of the municipality's properties and strengthen the long -term value of the properties.

The assignment intends to start immediately and last throughout 2025 full -time, with a chance of extension.You will start from offices in southern Stockholm, but there is the opportunity to work at a distance 2-3 days per week.

Tasks

• Responsible for and project managing the entire implementation process for the rental model.
• Lead and coordinate a management project group.
• Drive and ensure the implementation of the rental model in all relevant administrations and operations.
• Identify and manage challenges that arise during the course of the project.
• Follow up the project's progress and ensure that schedules are followed.
• Promote collaboration and create a common understanding between the different administrations within the project.
• Present service descriptions and present matters in the municipal decision -making system.

Your background

We are looking for a senior real estate consultant with solid experience in local strategy, strategic local supply and business and project management in the public sector.We see that you have documented experience working against the deadline without compromising quality and can communicate effectively in time -critical situations.The role also requires that you are used to presenting cases to municipal committees and the municipal council.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of documented experience in project management.
• Experience in developing rental models and implementation of rental models regarding community properties and the public sector.
• Several years of experience from municipal operations and/or public administration.
• A communicative and structured way of working, with the habit of creating consensus and collaboration in groups to achieve common goals.
• Excellent knowledge of the Swedish language, both in speech and writing, is a requirement.
