Assignment description

The call refers to one (1) software developer.

The customer is responsible for application management and further development of SITHS EID Portal, to issue and administer the service identification SITHS EID.They need a software developer with experience in developing issuing portals or similar types of solutions with experience in CM and commissioning.

The assignment includes that:
-Te in analyzes of requirements, architecture and technical solutions.
-Develop qualitative software that meets set requirements.
-If the world's technology development in the area.
-Delta in troubleshooting and errors.
-Bidra in the team in building and spreading competence.

The person should have the will and ability to quickly find new important information and understand the context, as well as want to take great responsibility for the work.

The consultant should be available for interview.Interview will last for about 30 minutes and will be done in Inera tests and development premises in Karlstad or via Teams.Interviews will be held during week 11-12.The notice may be sent out at short notice.

Ska requirements

-The competence level 3 (4-8 years).
-Ange consultant's location.
-Ange consultant's availability.
-The consultant should have access to his own computer (PC) and license for the Office package.
-The experience of agile software development.
-The experience of SOA-related technologies, such as SOAP/REST.
-The experience of development with the help of Java and Spring Boot.
-The experience of CI/CD and Devops with the help of Bitbucket, Gitlab, Jenkins and Argocd.
-The experience of the development of backend solutions that meet high demands on performance, security and accessibility.
-The experience of frontend development in angular, javascript, typescript and html/css.
-The experience of container technologies, including Docker and Openshift.
-The experience of developing applications with database connections to Mariadb, Redis and Mongodb.
-The experience of development according to the design pattern DDD (Domain-Drive-Design).
-The experience of managing digital certificates and PKI/CA.
-The experience of the development of systems that fall under the Patient Data Act.
-The experience of eligibility models and protocols/frameworks for authentication and authorization.
-Iflowing in Swedish in speech and writing.
