Assignment description and requirements

One of our customers is looking for you as test leaders in an IT business.You will play a central role in the development process by leading and coordinating test activities for the customer's digital solutions.You will work closely with developers, project managers and other stakeholders to ensure that the delivery is high quality.

Your details:
- plan, implement and follow up test activities
- Ensure that test strategies and test plans are followed
- coordinate and lead the test team
- perform both manual and automated tests
- Document test results and report deviations
- participate in project meetings and sprint planning
- Contribute to the improvement of test processes and tools

We are looking for you as:
- Has at least five years experience in test management
- have at least five years of experience working integration solutions
- Has at least two years experience of automated/scripted performance tests
- Has at least five years of experience working with the test parts within Team Foundation Server/MTM
- is certified within ISTQB- Certified Performance Testing (CT-PT) or equivalent
- is certified project manager, Prince 2 Foundation or equivalent
- is a communicative team player and has experience in agile methods
- have good knowledge of Swedish

The assignment is performed full -time at the customer in Borlänge, the opportunity for distance work up to 40%
