Assignment description

Mora, Orsa, Älvdalen and the municipal companies currently have a joint data protection representative of 50%.That person will be on sick leave for a period and we need a resource for this assignment.

The need concerns the service Data Protection Ombuds with a designated person as a representative.The agent will be reported as a representative to the Integration Protection Authority.

Supervision of the municipalities' data protection work shall be carried out with an extent that is relevant in relation to the size and organization of the municipalities. The agent shall, with the regulation as a basis, independently plan the supervisory work.

Supervision called for by external factors, e.g.incident management or situations where the supervisory authority initiates the work of the agent shall be regulated via the submission of hourly.Where applicable, a common assessment must be made of the time required.

Advice

Mora, Orsa and Älvdalen municipalities have an information organization consisting of data protection coordinators in the administrations.These handle simpler data protection issues and coordinate and operate the ongoing GDPR work in each management.

The service as DSO for the municipalities and the municipal companies includes:

• advice and support for the registered persons in connection with ex.Register extract, revocation of consent, the request of deletion of information and the like.
• Advice and support to data protection coordinators in all types of GDPR issues specified in the regulation to the extent that it is not handled internally.
• Representation of the municipalities in the county -wide network for the municipalities' DSOs regarding exchange of experience and joint issues.
• Participation in data protection projects that include all the county, or a selection of, the county's municipalities.

Ska requirements

• Competence level 3 (4-8 years).
• Have experience of similar assignments from municipal administration for the past three (3) years.
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both speech and writing.
