Description:We are now looking for a sub -consultant who can take on the role of test leader/requirements analyst.

The Customs Administration needs a consultant who will act as test leaders and requirements analysts in the delivery area security and protection.In the delivery area, we work closely with the company's product specialists and within the IT team where the consultant will be included, we have requirements and test resources together with system developers and solution architect.New development and further development of the product is taking place in the delivery area, which also includes incident management and technical updates.

The consultant will need security classified (level 3) within the framework of the assignment and the assignment cannot be started before security rating is completed.

The consultant should:

• Fulfill the level of competence 4
• Have good ability to express themselves well in speech and writing both in Swedish and English
• At least 2 years experience in practical application of the SBE method
• At least 2 years of experience in the requirement of requirements within the state authority
• At least 4 years of experience in agile development methods

The consultant should have:

• Experience in introductions to Customs Code, Appendices and Articles
• Experience in requirements capture for the development of proprietary IT systems
• Experience in pushing for automatic tests
• Experience of the role of workshop leader
• Experience with Atlassian products eg.Jira and Confluence
