Customer's description:
The eHealth Authority is looking for an IT architect (Level 3) who, for example, will work with analysis and modeling stakeholders, operations, processes and information.

Long waiting times have long been a problem in Swedish health care and the differences in waiting times between the regions and between different parts of health care are also large.The e-health authority has therefore, in collaboration with other actors, been given several assignments aimed at, in stages, to realize a national healthcare mediation which means that waiting patients are offered care for another caregiver with shorter waiting times regardless of where this country this care provider is.

It is a complex process that involves a new match and relocation of care needs and available care capacity between different healthcare providers and regions.The work includes, for example, analysis and modeling stakeholders, operations, processes and information.

The consultant may also participate in other assignments that are relevant to the authority.

Ska-requirements:
• Level 3
o Knowledge - high competence within the current role.
o experience - is a role model for other lower level consultants.The level is normally achieved after 4-8 years of work within the current role.
O management - takes responsibility for sub -area, can lead a smaller group.
O independence - can work independently.
• Offered consultant must have at least four (4) years of experience in solution, business and information architecture.
• Offered consultant must have good knowledge of Swedish and English, both in speech and in writing.

Meriting requirements:
Offered consultant should have:
• Worked as a business architect in the healthcare sector.
• Experience in Business Intelligence systems.
• Experience of identity and eligibility systems.
• Experience in integration work and work with fundraising services.
• Experience in procurement according to LOU: ex with RFIs and procurement.

Contract length: 2025 03 24 through 2026 03 23. Option on extension is available by 12 months.
