ServiceNow HRSD - Remote - 6 months+

For a large customer in Sweden we are looking for an experienced ServiceNow HRSD specialist for a 6 month extendable contract on a 100% remote basis.

The Role

  • Designing & Implementing ServiceNow HRSD solutions and applications - Service Portals, Integration Hub/Custom Integrations
  • Creation of High level and Low-level designs
  • Helping development team during implementation, testing & roll out
  • Troubleshooting and fixing issues
  • Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  • Conduct detailed HR process analysis and identify areas for improvement.
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate clients on ServiceNow capabilities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of ServiceNow solutions.

Your Experience

  • Over 4 years experience with ServiceNow and ServiceNow HRSD
  • ITIL and ITSM experience
  • Hands on experience with large scale transformation projects

We will start with 20 hours per week and we might extend to full time after 2-3 months. First project is on financial instruments with blockchain as backend technology.
