Assignment description
We are looking for an experienced and flexible Senior Frontend developer for a central role in the work on further developing the customer's design system in our digital customer channels.In addition to a clear responsibility regarding development and maintenance of high quality web components, you are also expected to work close to UX/UI design to ensure the best quality of the web components in our design system.You should act as a role model, inspire and share your knowledge and experiences.You will work in a team responsible for the development and introduction of a design system for the customer's digital customer channels.Great focus is also on accessibility (WCAG).

Role description
A Frontend developer within the customer focuses on user interaction, graphic interfaces and functional development that supports new customer or market requirements, responsive design, and accessibility adjustments.A frontend developer is also involved in further developing development processes, operating architecture, Continuous Delivery, and other parts that are not directly linked to customer requirements.A frontend developer has experience with one or more modern platforms.

Responsibility for the assignment:

• Develop and maintain reusable web components as part of the design system
• Inform and dema design system in various forums, including demo occasions, guild meetings, design meetings, product meetings and others.To ensure that all stakeholders are well informed and engaged.
• Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to implement design patterns and components that follow the best practice
• Ensure that the components are responsive, meets the requirements of availability and are optimized for performance
• Write clean, modular and testable code using javascript frameworks and libraries, primarily react
• Work on continuous improvement in processes and tools for customer design systems to increase the efficiency and quality of the use of the design system for all teams that developer customer experience.
• Document Necessary information about the Accessibility and Top's design system
• Establish communication channels to disseminate news and information about the design system as well as to collect ideas and knowledge from other teams

Requirements / qualification criteria
Experience:

• At least +8 years of experience in front end development and the introduction of design systems
• Documented experience of working with modern Javascript framework such as React or Vue.
• Strong understanding of the principles behind design systems and component -based development
• Experience working closely and in close collaboration with designers
• Solid and documented experience with Safe (Leading Safe, Safe for Teams or Safe Agile Software Engineering)
• Experience in Accessibility Development (WCAG)

Competences:

• Frontend development MHA.Typescript and React
• HTML5/CSS3, Javascript/React and other CSS framework
• Stencil.js, storybook, style dictionary or similar
• Git, webpack or similar
• Basic UX design (design principles) as well as tools such as Figma
• Azure Devops, Establishment and Development of CI/CD as well as work in Azure Boards/Backlogs
• Test automation for Frontend, such as playwright, selenium, cypress, jest or similar (merit)
• Restful API (merit)
