Change Management Consultant - Communication

For our client Husqvarna AB we are looking for aChange Management Consultant.

This team assists and supports the program’s Communication Lead in executing and coordinating all communications activities, internally within the program, externally within the Group and towards the business stakeholders of each incremental rollout. The ideal candidate has a structured way of working and will play an important role in ensuring smooth and effective dissemination of information to various stakeholders and within the program. You will provide administrative support to maintain a cohesive communication approach throughout the program, coordinated with GIS communication, divisional communication, and other Group communication, including high level plan, activity schedule and execution.

Tasks:

• Support in the production and execution of internal communication activities in the Program, e.g. monthly newsletters, Townhalls and other program-wide forums to stakeholders
• Support in the development of the communication plan in the incremental rollout of the NextGen PLM solution throughout the divisions
• Support in the creation and maintenance of communication material, including presentations, SharePoint site, and the drafting of news, newsletters, articles, and other content in accordance with the communication plan

Preferred qualifications:

• Qualification in Communication is merited but not essential. Strong administrative skills are a must for this position.

Experience:

• 1-3 years of experience in administrative supporting roles, ideally within communication.
• Experience with IT implementation or digital transformation projects is a plus but not essential.

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe Creative Suite, Sharepoint
• Basic knowledge of IT systems and terminologies is an advantage.

Communication Skills:

• High level of proficiency in English, both verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• General content production, photographic, filming and editing skills are a plus

Organizational Skills:

• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong time-management skills and attention to detail.

Interpersonal Skills:

• Team player with a “can do” attitude

• Proactive problem-solving abilities with a positive attitude.
